Mr. Francis has been working as a salesperson in Lam Soon for several years. Lam Soon is his second household company that he is working in. However, he has minimal experience in sales thus he had to learn everything from scratch when he first came to Lam Soon. Currently, he is the most senior and experienced salesperson.
Basically, he visits approximately 15-22 provision stores in a day. Due to his long term service, Mr. Francis has forged a strong relationship with the provision shop owners. Thus, he can understand them well and recommend the products according to their consumer profile. He will also try to boost sales by introducing the latest products whereby majority are supportive based on their close relationship and the reputation of Lam Soon As a salesperson, there are bound to be challenges and Mr. Francis treats them as a form of experience with an optimistic mindset. Hence, he has developed various skills. Overall, he is pleased to be part of the Lam Soon family and mentioned that Lam Soon treats every employee equally well. Most importantly, it is the close bonding with his colleagues and clients that enables him to stay on and look forward to work every day. |

Neo, aged 75, is the 2nd generation that carried on the provision store business. He started following his father to work since he was 6. Currently, he manages the shop with his wife and son.

Mr Ng started off as a provision shop owner in 1987. He has managed his business in iecon since 1991. Currently, the shop has a variety of Lam Soon products as they are popular among the customers.
